We work with groups ranging from 10 to 50 people. You choose the length of practice that best fits your team and schedule: 75 minutes, 90 minutes, or 120 minutes. All are welcome! Our corporate wellness, yoga, and fitness events can be designed to serve people of all shapes, ages, and abilities.
